Collect feedback from your users and reply to them

There's a simple feedback feedback collection form in the Supersaas template. You can use it to collect feedback from your users.

Feedback form

This form is available on all pages of the application. Button shows up in the User dropdown menu.

Along with a simple message, it also collects device information

Reply to feedback

You can reply to feedback from the Superadmin dashboard.

Mark as closed

If you want to mark a feedback as closed, you can do so from the feedback page.
